What is sea moss gel?
Sea moss gel is made from organic Irish sea moss (Chondrus crispus), a type of red algae naturally rich in 92 essential minerals. We soak, clean, and blend the raw sea moss into a smooth gel that's easy to add to your daily routine.
How do I use sea moss gel?
Take 1–2 tablespoons daily. You can blend it into smoothies, stir it into tea or coffee, mix it into oatmeal, or take it straight. It has a mild, neutral taste that blends easily into most foods and drinks.
How should I store it?
Keep your sea moss gel refrigerated at all times. Once opened, it stays fresh for approximately 3–4 weeks. You can also freeze portions for longer storage (up to 3 months).
